Lion's Mane

The lion's mane mushrooms look cauliflower-like in appearance but are soft, tender, and have a rich flavor like no other. When cooking, you can pull apart the narrow fibers for small bite-sized pieces. 

We often will have these for sale at farmers markets along with the oysters.
